Walgreens Are Getting Healthier
We’ve been helping Walgreens get even healthier by helping roll out their new in-store Health Corners.
Walgreens has a current goal of 600 doctor-staffed Health Corners opening and serving communities by 2025.
Currently, there are over 100 stores completed and Apex has had the privilege of playing a part in their construction.
Our Apex army has been rolling out the in-store Health Corners across numerous stores, with plenty more in the pipeline.
The Scope
We conduct an interior remodel to make room for the new clinic.
This usually involves changes to the floor plan and remodeling a stock room or two.
We then build the clinic. Our teams have been completing the clinics in under two weeks per store.
They are then set up for a doctor to come in and serve the local community.
The best part about it all is that over 50% of these clinics are being built in underserved areas. These communities are going to have quicker access to health services. We know this is just the beginning but it looks like a step in an amazing direction.
