Zoe’s Kitchen to Cava Grill Conversions
We recently partnered with CAVA to turn their newly acquired Zoe's Kitchen locations into the mouthwatering Mediterranean paradise of Cava Grill Restaurants. For this project, we were able to assist CAVA by overseeing the entire scope from start to finish - planning, hiring and managing all parties. We handled everything from construction management to reopening, all while keeping store downtime to a minimum.
