Apex Imaging Services is thrilled to announce the promotion of Ben Dance to Director, Global Program Management Office (PMO). This milestone comes less than a year after Ben joined Apex’s Senior Management Team in 2024, quickly making a lasting impact with his leadership, expertise, and results-driven approach.

Before joining Apex, Ben played a key role at Walgreens, a Fortune 50 company, where he spearheaded Program Intake and Alignment functions, streamlining execution, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and improving project prioritization and resource allocation. His expertise in program governance, process standardization, and strategic execution will now be instrumental in elevating Apex’s PMO to a new level of service and innovation.
With over 20 years of experience in program management, operations, capital investment strategy, and asset lifecycle planning, Ben has led large-scale initiatives across multi-site retail portfolios, delivering operational efficiencies, optimizing resources, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Ben is a graduate of Indiana University’s Bachelor of Science in Management and Public affairs and outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, staying active, and pursuing his passion for baseball, football, and basketball. A standout athlete early in life, he even had private tryouts with the Minnesota Twins, Chicago White Sox, and Pittsburgh Pirates but his path was meant to be here.
