Walgreens sought to optimize its retail space by integrating Village Medical clinics within existing locations. The project required:

✅ Constructing a Village Medical facility with a lobby, 8 exam rooms, and a lab

Apex developed a structured plan to meet the project goals, ensuring a seamless transition between retail and medical space. The process included:

• Structural Modifications: Building a demising wall and reopening the Walgreens store to customers.
